West Bengal PSC Audit & Accounts Recruitment Exam Pattern & Syllabus

West Bengal Public Service Commission WBPSC Audit & Accounts Service Recruitment exam is conducted so as to select the candidates who can perform the best in the organization. Because of large applicants, there is large competition in the exam. The applicants need to prepare in the best possible way for the exam studying all the topics and sections of the paper.

WBPSC Audit & Accounts Exam pattern: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) which will be 200 in number of 1 mark each. There will be 2 papers in the exam each with defined course as is given below.

Followed by written exam, will be personality test which will be of 100 marks.

Evaluating both will find the best candidates for the recruitment post.

WBPSC Audit & Accounts Exam Syllabus: For Paper 1, the topics included are-

Section A- English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Science

The questions will be asked from daily news, national & international events, constitution of India, Finance, Accounts, comprehension of passages in English language, geography, verbal reasoning, non-  verbal reasoning.

Section B- Business Mathematics & Statistics, Accountancy

The questions will be asked based on the Mathematics concepts so as to judge the skills of the candidate. The basic topics in which the excellence is required are asked in the exam paper.

Paper 2 Syllabus- The topics included in this exam paper are-

Business Laws, Cost & management Accountancy, principles and Practice of Management, taxation, Auditing, Business Economics and Indian Economics

Study all the above topics in the way that clear your basics. If basics are cleared, it is much easier to answer almost all questions of the subject in the exam paper. The exam paper will contain the questions from the accounting & finance which are the main field questions.
