Tripura High Court LDCE Judicial Officer Gr 1 & 2 Exam Syllabus:
There will be three papers for the promotion in Tripura High Court LDCE as a Judicial Officer.
- Paper I: This paper consist of following topics so study them individually & make it habit to study everyday test of comprehension and expression of law, General English including Essay Writing on legal topic, Information Technology, General Knowledge, Aptitude and Intelligence.
- Paper II: This paper will contain objective type questions and problems of law as regards the Transfer of Property Act, Indian Evidence Act, Civil Procedure Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code, and Limitation Act.
- Paper III: This paper will be based on the writing skills in Judgment Writing & the legal theories on jurisprudence, provision of the Constitution of India.
