TPSC Tabulation officer Exam Syllabus & Pattern Full Details

Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) conducts various recruitment examinations every year. The applicants as per the eligibility criterias apply for them. There has to be preparation for the examinations and the first step to it is the knowledge of syllabus and pattern for the exam.

TPSC Tabulation Officer Exam Syllabus & pattern for the examination is given below. The General Aptitude Test is conducted so as to select the best candidates out of many applicants for the exam. The test will contain the topics such as Current affairs, Aptitude Test, general science, Computer science etc. The basic motive is to test the knowledge of the candidates.

Exam Pattern– The objective type paper is being prepared of total 100 marks.

NOTE: 0.5 marks are deducted for every wrong answer

The weightage of the subjects in the examination is-

1. GK & Current Affairs- 35 marks
2. Simple Arithmetic- 10 marks
3. General Science- 10 marks
4. Aptitude Test- 15 marks
5. Computer- 10 marks
6. General English- 20 marks

Exam Syllabus– The topic wise syllabus details is-

GK & Current Affairs- Society events, news around you, country affairs- political, social, economic, scientific progress, national and international events, indian languages, currency details, sports news

Simple Arithmetic-  HCF & LCM, Problems on Ages, Profit & loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Time & work, Graphs & Charts, Pie Charts, Data Interpretation, Percentages, Averages

General Science- Everyday science observations, experience on general things, understanding of some important and casual things

Aptitude/ reasoning Test- Venn Diagrams, Statements test, understanding of passages, arithmetical series, coding & decoding, seating arrangements, non- verbal series

Computers- Microsoft Office knowledge and other basic things of computers

General English- Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence errors and corrections, fill in blanks, comprehension
