RPSC Junior Legal Officers & Legal Affairs Examination Syllabus & Pattern

RPSC Junior Legal Officers In Law and Legal Affairs Department recruitment is being done through an examination whose syllabus and pattern is being discussed below. The RPSC selects the candidates for the recruitment purposes after the scheduling of examinations. The exam is being given by many applicants at one time so it is mandatory to prepare all the syllabus and at the best possible manner to prepare for exam.

Exam Pattern: For Junior Legal officer the exam paper will be-

  • Total Questions: 150
  • Exam Paper Type: Objective Type
  • Total Time: 3 Hours
  • Total Exam Sections: 4

NOTE: There will be negative marking in paper

Exam Syllabus: The detailed section wise syllabus is given below-

Section 1: Constitution of India, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and enforcement of rights, Functioning of High Courts & Supreme Courts

Section 2: Civil procedure Code and Criminal Procedural Code, Government offices provisions

Section 3: Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statues along with drafting and convincing

Section 4: It has 2 parts which are Hindi and English Grammar-

HINDI- Words formation, nouns, pronouns, comprehension of words, idioms/ phrases, sentence correction, sentence formation, dictionary meanings, verbs, adjectives, prefixes & suffices

ENGLISH- Tenses, Determiners, Voice, Speech, Modals, Coordination & Subordination, phrasal verbs

The applicants of the RPSC junior Legal officer need to prepare the examination in the best possible way studying all the important sections of the examination. Refer to the best books for the syllabus and so be stick to the syllabus of the exam as is being maintained by RPSC.

RPSC examinations are highly competitive as there are many applicants for each exam and there are limited vacancies. So, as to achieve aim it is important for the applicants to study very well for the examinations.
