RPSC Exploration and Excavation Recruitment Exam Syllabus & Pattern

RPSC Exploration and Excavation Exam Pattern & Syllabus is the basis of the examination which has to be followed by all the applicants of the exam. The exam paper will be objective type which will prepared for different sets. The candidates who all apply for the exam need to make sure that the syllabus is studied well for the examination.

Examination Pattern for RPSC Exploration and Excavation: The objective type paper will come for this recruitment post. There will be total 100 questions in the exam paper of 1 mark each. The total time which will be allotted to candidates will be 2 hours.

NOTE: There will be negative marking for every wrong answer in the exam

2nd Unit- Stone Age culture, tool types and techniques, materials of stone age tools and rock art

3rd Unit- Study of historic cultures- Harappan, Post Harappan Culture Chalcolithic cultures

4th Unit- Early Historical Archaelogy Northern black polished ware and associated cultures (Gupta, Post Gupta, Maurya, Shunga)

5th unit- Rajasthan Didwana culture (Temple architecture & sculture, rairh, Bairath, Nagari, bagor, Sambhar)

The exam is all based on the topics related to Exploration and Excavation. The candidates need to work on the concepts part because better understanding for the exam will make you more confident to give the exam paper.
