RBI Assistant Age Limit
Minimum Age- 20 years, Maximum Age- 28 years as on 7th November, 2016.
In simple words, the candidate must be born between 8th November, 1988 and 7th November, 2016
Age Relaxation: There are certain categories where the age relaxation policy is being applied. In given table, the categories along with maximum age relaxed are given-
SC/ ST | 5 years |
OBC | 3 years |
PWD | 10 years |
Ex- Servicemen | Service period + 3 years [min. 50 years] |
Widows/ divorced/ separated women | 10 years |
Domiciled in J&K during 1.1.1980 to 31.12.1989 | 5 years |
Work experience in RBI | Experience years + 3 years |
RBI Assistant Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from recognized university with 50% marks and this is valid for ex- servicemen too regardless of their service period.
Languages Known: The candidates should be able to speak, write, read the regional language of state.
