MP Vyapam Syllabus For Sub Engineer & Draughtsman 2019

MPPEB or MP Vyapam recruitment of Sub-Engineer (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) and Draughtsman will be done by the written exam for which the details are given below. The candidates can check the syllabus as defined below and then prepare well for the paper.

MPPEB Sub Engineer & Draughtsman Exam Pattern: The details of the exam are-

  • Exam Type: MCQs
  • Total Papers: 2
  • Total Marks: 100 (Each question of 1 mark each)
  • Total Time: 2 Hours

Subjects Included: Paper 1 will include-

  • Reasoning Ability (14 marks)
  • GK (15 marks)
  • General Hindi & English (14 marks each)
  • General Math (14 marks)
  • General Science (14 marks)
  • Computer Knowledge (15 marks)

MPPEB Sub Engineer & Draughtsman Exam Syllabus:

Paper-I: General Math: Number system, LCM & HCF, Time & Speed, Profit & loss, Time & Investment, mixtures, probability, permutation & combination, percentages, simplification, decimals, problem on ages, distance, time & work, boats & streams, problem on trains, charts & graphs

General Knowledge: The questions will be asked from current events of national & international level, important dates & events, economic, social, political issues of society, history and geography events of the nation. The questions will be asked from railways, sports, news, arts, books etc.

General Hindi/English: Grammar based questions like- verb, noun, adjective, phrasal verb, active & passive voice, direct & indirect narration, idioms, adverbs, pronouns etc. More from vocabulary section- one word substitution, synonyms, antonyms, meanings, hynonyms, fill in the blanks

Reasoning Ability: The questions will be asked from verbal & non- verbal reasoning such as- statements & conclusion, judgment, analogies, decision making, missing pattern, odd man series, different orientation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, syllogistic reasoning

General Science: The questions will be asked from the basics of physics, chemistry & biology which have been studied till now.

Computer Knowledge: The basics of computer will be based on fundamentals of computer, ms office (word, excel, ppt, access), usage of emails & network, devices of computer and basic usage of computer.

Paper-II will be based on Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) in Bhopal & Elementary Drawing of J.J. School of Arts in Mumbai/I.T.I./Survey of India in Hyderabad syllabus.
