Chief Ministers of Mizoram List Till Date
In Mizoram, there have been 5 Chief Ministers till date who have owned the government of state. The CM of state is elected by Governor and the ministers of the elected CM rule the government. Ch. Chhunga is the first CM of state which was elected on 3rd May, 1972. Till 10th May, 1977 he was in hold of position. The present CM of state is Lalthanhawla who has been elected as CM from 2008. Till Now, he is the ruling person of Mizoram. The full list with tenure of CMs are listed in the table below.
