Indian Air Force recruitment notice for unmarried male candidates is being released for the post of Airman in Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades and Group ‘Y’ (Non- Technical) trades. Some trades which are not included into this are Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF (P), IAF (S), Med Assistant & Musician. Along with the fixed pay scale, the selected candidates are given other perks related to Ration, clothing, accommodation, leaves, transport etc.

Pay Scale: At the time of training, Rs.14600 per month will be given. After training the gross emoluments will be-

Rs.33100 per month	Rs.26900 per month

Age Limit: Born between 13^th January, 1998 to 27^th June, 2001

Educational Qualification:

Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades	Group ‘Y’ (Non- Technical) Trades
Passed intermediate/ 12th/ equivalent exam with Maths, Physics, Eng with minimum 50% marks	Passed intermediate/ 12th/ equivalent exam in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English

Medical Standards:

• Chest: Min. 5 cm
• Weight: Min. 55kg
• Height: 167 cm (For Operations Assistant ATS)

Selection process: Written Exam + PFT + Medical Test

2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) & Adaptability Test- II: 5^th November, 2017
